Taj Alamani Building Cleaning Services LLC is a Dubai-licensed cleaning company operating from Office # M08, Al Madina Building, near Amer Centre in Muraqqabat, Deira.
We started with a simple observation: Dubai has no shortage of cleaning companies, but far fewer that treat a AED 300 apartment clean with the same seriousness as an annual building contract. That's the gap we work in.

What we do
Our work falls into three areas residential, commercial and specialised cleaning covering everything from routine housekeeping to facade cleaning, AC duct cleaning and post-construction handover.
How we work
We quote honestly. A three-bedroom villa that hasn't been deep cleaned in two years is not the same job as one cleaned last month. We ask questions, sometimes request photos, and quote for the actual work. That's better for both of us than a low number followed by an awkward conversation on site.
We employ our own team. Our cleaners are on our payroll, uniformed and trained on our checklists. staff, supervised on larger jobs. No day-labour arrangements.
We supply everything. Machines, materials and consumables come with us including specialist equipment for duct cleaning, floor restoration and upholstery shampooing.
We check before we leave. Every job ends with a walkthrough. Anything missed gets fixed before the team packs up.
